I've always been actively involved in Community outreach/fundraising and have had opportunities to work on events supporting Canadian Charities Like Yellow Brick House women's Shelter, Movember, And Jumpstart Charities. Playing music and helping others are my two greatest Passions, and this event was created to have fun and raise awareness for a cause I've come to care deeply about.

CAMH is leading the charge in mental health research and treatment in Canada, and I think there is no better time to support it. 1 in 5 Canadians experiences some form of mental illness in any given year, and 20% of Canadian youth. Seeing how mental illness and addiction affect the people around me has made me realize now is the most important time to advance research in this field.

I hope to see you on June 22, 2023, when we bring down the house and rock the barn for CAMH IN SUPPORT OF MENTAL HEALTH research and programming in Canada!

Two years ago, I joined a jack.org chapter and have never looked back. Advocating for this important cause has enabled me to find ways to create positive mental health in my school and my community. Additionally, I have spent time volunteering with Canadian charities like Blue Door Shelter and various senior homes across York Region.

I have learned unique lessons through my community service and fundraising. I'm incredibly excited to be able to continue my growth as a leader and mental health advocate, alongside my brother Callum, with Rock the Barn Toronto! As the leading mental health research hospital in Canada. CAMH is leading the charge in revolutionizing treatment for mental health patients. I'm extremely excited to work with them to make this event one of a kind.

I hope to see you there on June 22, 2023, supporting CAMH and mental health in Canada! Let's ROCK THE BARN!
